My yesterday is so sinful. Having the executive lunch at this 5 stars hotel is such a great experience. This is the first time a kampung girl ate something which is so expensive (roughly RM50+ per person)

The main point of having a buffet lunch, is to have a place with all-you-can-eat, wide variety, good quality with great chefs. And Sarkie's Corner is the place! According to my colleagues, E&O have more variety and better food quality compare to the famous Rasa Sayang Spice Market Cafe. They are also relatively cheaper too! The dining area is elegant and have that "old-English" feel. For me, its kinda have that old kopitiam feel.
Ok, that's all for the pictures. What I personally think is, to have a great buffet lunch, you actually need to have some knowledge about food. The chef is there, and they are taking whatever order you make. There is no menu, so you have to name it. For example, the chef didn't make any temaki, but you have to tell they chef you want a temaki, or may be a California roll or whatever roll you want. It's not about "just eat whatever they serve", you will miss a lot of great stuffs if you didn't request anything. The chefs are great, so make use of them. LOL. I do hope one day I have chance to visit Rasa Sayang Spcie Market Cafe to really have a taste on their buffet. They have highest review online, but Sarkie's Corner won the heart of most Penang-ite.
